All of the home - baking at Thomas Muir Coffee Shop is based on Granny Hamilton's own recipes, passed down through many generations of dedicated home bakers. Granny only ever used the best ingredients and handfuls of this and cups of that sometimes even a wee bit of something kept quite secret. The most important ingredient however was her love of baking and we hope that you can experience this when you taste our cakes and scones today.
